High efficiency washer question?

We just purchased a new high efficiency washer dryer set. Is it normal for the washing machine to to fill with very little water? It only seems like it lets very little water in than tosses the clothes around for 50 min through the various cycles. You can not even really see a water level even through the wash cycle? It's a front loader. It also has that silver care option. Any thoughts? Is it only supposed to have very little water in it? I'm not getting any codes such as low water level.High efficiency washer question?
Your sales person should have known the product better to explain how great these machines are. You use less water and laundry detergent. You will see a huge saving on your water bill. It's best to use He(high efficiency laundry detergent,it is pricey but consentrated)The front loaders don't tear up your clothes either. You have taken a step in being green.Read your owners manual for more info or get on line to the company.High efficiency washer question?
Sounds fine, these washers use a lot less water because the clothes are tumbled back and forth instead of soaked.
