Would an entry level (K2 series) Karcher Pressure Washer be ok for removing dirt/mud off stencilled concrete?

I want to buy my hubby a Karcher pressure washer, but am unsure what will be the best model. We have about 80 sqm of concrete which is covered in mud and dirt from recent excavations. Recent Sydney rains failed to clean it at all. So, I was going to get a K2 model, but am thinking it may not be robust enough - anyone have any advice or experience with these washers? I did not want to spend more then around $300, but fear that the models for less than this won't be powerful enough to remove the dirt.Would an entry level (K2 series) Karcher Pressure Washer be ok for removing dirt/mud off stencilled concrete?
Read the reviews (see link). Almost everyone said it ';broke down'; on them and they gave Karcher only a 1 star rating !

Stay away from Karcher brand ...(my opinion after reading the reviews)..

Instead take a look at the Ultimate brand:

Wouldn't pay too much attention to Epinions post on Karchers. Wondered myself whether a mid range Karcher would do the job. I bought a K3.99 with a dirtblaster off Ebay. We have concrete in backyard very black with moss, etc. The unit is easy to use and very effective. K3.99 abt $399 %26amp; 1750psi Report Abuse
